Summary

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel gym, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
• Develop and implement engaging fitness programs catering to diverse guest preferences and fitness levels.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions for gymspa staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym, encouraging guest participation and adherence to fitness goals.
• Collaborate with the hotel management to organize special fitness events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of gym usage, equipment inventory, and guest feedback.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in service and hospitality.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a fitness instructor or team-leader role within a high-end hotel or fitness facility.
• Certification in fitness training or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health and wellness, with a customer-focused mindset.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
