Job Summary:
The Guest Services Executive is responsible for providing front desk services and ensuring a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out. This role involves handling guest inquiries, performing audit procedures, and supporting overall hotel operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional reception services, including guest check-in and check-out.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform night audit procedures, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Maximize room occupancy through up-selling and promotional efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies for cash handling, foreign currency acceptance, and credit card processing.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office Manager and other departments to address guest feedback and service improvements.
  • Follow security, fire, health, and safety regulations to ensure guest safety.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed for smooth hotel operations.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all guest interactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems and basic IT tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in handling various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service and upholding brand standards.
  • Previous experience in cash handling and audit procedures is a plus.

 

Level of Education:

  • High school certificate or equivalent.

 

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

 

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 12 months in a similar role or customer service environment.
