Job Summary:

As a Guest Service Officer, you will deliver exceptional service to enhance the guest experience. You will assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, city tour bookings, and tourist recommendations, while contributing to the efficient operation of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to guests by assisting with concierge-related requests, such as dining reservations and tour bookings.
• Recommend local attractions, dining options, and entertainment to enhance guest experiences.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Support the smooth operation of the Concierge desk, including managing guest preferences and special requests.
• Assist in training new staff members on concierge services and hotel offerings.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of promotional materials and brochures related to local attractions.
• Uphold hotel standards and policies while providing top-notch guest service.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local attractions and services is a plus.

Level of Education:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is ideal.

Work Hours:

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in hotel operations or a guest services role.
