Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that all assigned guest rooms, suites, and surrounding areas meet resort standards through meticulous cleaning, replenishing amenities, and maintaining order. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and effective time management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, replenish, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and designated public areas, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Handle and operate equipment and machinery carefully, following resort protocols to ensure safety and prevent corridor damage.
  • Maintain cleanliness in corridors, pantries, staircases, and lift landings as per resort standards.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure efficient room upkeep and guest satisfaction.
  • Follow safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and with professionalism.

 

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong time management skills.
  • Effective English communication skills for interaction with guests and team members.
  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.

 

 

Level of Education:

  • High School diploma or vocational training preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 12 months in a similar housekeeping or hospitality role.
