Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell, Door, Concierge and Night Audit Ensures that all Front Office Policies and Procedures are adhered to. Ensures VIP procedures are being met or exceeded daily for all Guests. Coordinate the Arrival, Stay and Departure experience for all Guests. To understand and promote the hotels and departmental vision. Provide direction and support to Guest Relations Managers, Front Office supervisory positions and Ambassadors in their daily tasks relating to their roles. Ensure that all Front Office team have the supplies needed to perform their duties. Responsible for ensuring consistency in exceeding guest service expectations. Energize the brand by promoting our Guest loyalty program. Ensure cash handling and credit policies/procedures are followed.  Maintain a high standard of professionalism amongst Front Office colleagues. Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues to find solutions.

What will you do?


  • Interact with clients and understand their needs.
  • Keep Check-In/Check-Out process smooth and enjoyable for the guest.
  • Ensure cash handling and credit policies/procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism amongst Front Office colleagues.
  • Make sure that the department remains clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Review guest requests and where possible make sure they are acknowledged and carried out.
  • Anticipate and exceed guests wants and needs.
  • Coordinate daily with housekeeping and engineering to ensure maintenance/cleanliness is a priority.
  • Assist other departments where necessary.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.
