Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Seasonal Guest Relations Executive for the Food & Beverage Service at Jumeirah Al Naseem. This role is responsible for ensuring a memorable guest experience by providing personalized service and addressing all customer needs efficiently in alignment with Jumeirah's luxury standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage their arrival and seating process, ensuring a smooth and professional first impression.
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs, including special requirements, and offer tailored products and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information about food and beverage options.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, promptly resolving any issues or complaints in line with Jumeirah's service standards.
  • Maintain efficient workflow and ensure adherence to the Sequence of Service as outlined in the F&B Standard's Manual.
  • Oversee the smooth running of F&B operations during peak service hours, collaborating with staff to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Provide support to colleagues in delivering a consistent, high-quality service, ensuring adherence to the venue’s operational guidelines.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and prepared for service.
  • Engage with departing guests to deliver a fond farewell, encouraging repeat visits through positive and lasting impressions.
  • Assist in event coordination, special reservations, and managing VIP guest requests to ensure seamless service.
  • Utilize F&B systems like Micros and Sevenrooms to manage guest reservations, orders, and billing efficiently.

 

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a guest relations or front-of-house role, ideally within a luxury 5-star hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine dining environment.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in F&B systems such as Micros and Sevenrooms for guest management and billing.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, with a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

 

Level of Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Seasonal contract, with availability from October to May. Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.

Experience in Months:

  • 12+ months of relevant experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining settings.
