Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and guest-focused professionals to join our team as Guest Experience Experts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by delivering personalized service and assisting with a variety of operational tasks. Whether guiding guests through check-in and check-out, handling luggage, or sharing information about local attractions, you will ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and friendly check-in and check-out services, ensuring all guest details are accurately processed.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, offering personalized assistance throughout their stay.
  • Assist with guest luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to/from rooms or designated areas.
  • Offer local area recommendations and provide information on hotel services, promotions, and amenities.
  • Complete reports and maintain records of guest services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and address operational needs, coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth service delivery.
  • Uphold hotel standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in all guest interactions and workspaces.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved.
  • Assist in room inspections, ensuring readiness and quality prior to guest arrival.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to review service standards, guest feedback, and operational priorities.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including safety and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and move through confined spaces for extended periods of time.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support hotel operations.
