Job Summary:
Guest Experience Experts ensure that each guest has a memorable stay, providing services from check-in to check-out and offering local area knowledge. They handle various operational tasks while enhancing the overall guest experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest operational needs.
  • Respond to guest requests and provide assistance, including luggage transport and vehicle unloading/loading.
  • Share local area highlights and suggestions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Uphold safety standards, company policies, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain professional appearance, communication, and service quality.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Follow all reasonable job duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
