Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing visually captivating materials, supporting various marketing initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency across all communications. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging promotional content.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce creative assets for promotional, digital, and print materials in line with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create eye-catching campaigns for rooms, food & beverage, spa, and special events.
- Ensure that all design work meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams, showcasing design strategies and results.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as print vendors and digital marketing agencies, for the execution of campaigns.
- Contribute to the visual content creation process, including photography, video editing, and animations.
- Maintain the organization’s digital asset library and ensure that design files are accessible and up-to-date.
- Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate new ideas to enhance the resort’s visual branding.
- Support the marketing team with ad-hoc graphic design tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is required; a portfolio showcasing previous design work is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of design principles including layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present creative ideas clearly.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality design.
- Knowledge of photography, video editing, animation, HTML, email marketing, or web design is a plus.
Level of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate deadlines and special projects.
Experience in Months:
Minimum 24 months of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
