Job Summary: Looking for a Front Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Welcome, direct and relay telephone messages and emails to the appropriate staff or department
- Attend clients’ enquiries
- Offer administrative or secretarial support to staff as may be requested
- Receive mails or correspondence and distribute accordingly
- Prepare monthly attendance sheet for HR Payroll inputs
- Respond to all calls and direct as needed
- Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration or related fields
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and organize others
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
- Good computer application knowledge
