Job Summary:      Looking for a Front Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Welcome, direct and relay telephone messages and emails to the appropriate staff or department
  • Attend clients’ enquiries
  • Offer administrative or secretarial support to staff as may be requested
  • Receive mails or correspondence and distribute accordingly
  • Prepare monthly attendance sheet for HR Payroll inputs
  • Respond to all calls and direct as needed
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration or related fields
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and organize others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
  • Good computer application knowledge
