Job Summary: Lead and oversee all front office operations, including guest services, bell staff, front desk, and executive lounge. Ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and improve financial performance through effective team leadership and operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all front office staff and daily operations, including guest check-in/out, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, fostering trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Monitor service quality to meet guest expectations and improve service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain financial control, and manage departmental expenses.
  • Address guest complaints, identify operational improvements, and maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Oversee projects, policies, and ensure that all areas meet company standards.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in guest services or front desk operations.
  • OR a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field and 2 years of experience.
  • Proven supervisory and operational management experience.
