Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Office Guest Relations Officer to ensure exceptional service for all Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests, creating memorable hotel experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the experience for Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests.
  • Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience through personalized service.
  • Provide assistance and support to all guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and build lasting relationships.
  • Create exceptional and memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues.
  • Conduct guest feedback surveys and implement improvements based on responses.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to offer tailored recommendations.
  • Assist in organizing special events and amenities for VIP guests as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing outstanding guest service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; basic proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an international 5-star hotel is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft creative solutions for guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate guest needs.

Experience in Months:
12+ months (1+ year) of relevant experience in guest relations or front office operations.
