Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Front Office professionals to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to all guests from arrival to departure.
  • Greet guests by name, if known, and escort them to their rooms to ensure they feel welcomed.
  • Assist guests with hotel familiarization, local information, and activity inquiries.
  • Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, local events, and attractions to respond to guest queries effectively.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all transactions accurately using the Front Office system.
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Monitor room rates and occupancy levels to maximize bookings.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately process payments, post incidental charges, and maintain cashiering standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping and other departments for special guest requests.
  • Assist in up-selling hotel services and rooms to enhance guest experience.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Previous experience in Front Office or a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Front Office systems such as Opera is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a multicultural team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
