Job Summary:   As a Lobby Hostess at our prestigious 5-star hotel, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional first impression for our esteemed guests. Your warm demeanor, impeccable grooming, and exceptional interpersonal skills will contribute to providing a memorable and seamless guest experience from the moment they step into our luxurious lobby.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out, ensuring efficient service and accurate payments.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assist with luggage, coordinating with bell staff for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Keep the lobby organized and welcoming.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the concierge for transportation, reservations, and special requests.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with hotel departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Stay informed on local events and attractions to assist guests.
