Job Summary:

Requirements:

·         Previous hotel-related experience in Housekeeping

·         Skills in computer and operating system

·         Skills in dealing diplomatically with the public under stressful events

·         Experience in supervising a team

·         Ability to demonstrate delegation skills

·         Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Stay updated on all housekeeping systems.
• Manage shift openings, closings, and smooth handovers.
• Allocate rooms and conduct inspections to meet audit standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office on guest and hotel needs.
• Organize special projects (e.g., room inventories, window cleaning).
• Maintain stock levels and perform stock checks.
• Lead shift briefings to communicate hotel activities and operations.

Required Skills:
