Job Summary: Ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a Rooms Division Director to head up our front office and housekeeping departments. Setting the tone to deliver truly memorable guest experiences from first moment to last.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration
● Relevant experience in a Rooms management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

● Front office experience background, guest experience focused and IHG back ground is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of front office, concierge, housekeeping, and guest relations while coaching the team for exceptional guest experiences.
• Foster collaboration across departments and create a positive work environment.
• Provide guests with essential information for a memorable stay.
• Manage night audit functions, financial reports, and accurate forecasting.
• Monitor and control labor and divisional expenses, working with reservations and sales to optimize revenue.
• Assist with business forecasts and budget preparation for the division.
• Conduct inspections of front office and public areas, addressing any issues promptly.
