Responsibilities Maintain recreation equipment in good condition and ensure regular cleaning. Keep recreation facilities clean, stocked, and ready for business; report maintenance issues promptly. Achieve guest satisfaction goals and respond to guest requests and complaints professionally. Ensure top-level guest service at all times. Help coordinate resort activities with a focus on safety and excellent service. Review activity programs regularly with the Recreation Manager. Manage inventory, determine par stocks, and minimize waste. Secure and properly store recreation equipment and supplies. Perform additional duties as needed to maximize departmental efficiency.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel leisure sales experience required
  • Established contacts within the CIS region and local DMC’s required, knowledge in other source markets is a plus.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or relevant computer applications required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal required, Russian is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales revenue targets for all business units.
  • Solicit wholesale and leisure group business through action plans.
  • Participate in roadshows and promotional events for the hotel and related organizations.
  • Arrange and manage site inspections and familiarization trips.
  • Maintain positive relationships with local DMCs, tour operators, and the global sales network.
  • Keep detailed records of accounts, contacts, and activities in Anais.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and pricing strategies for designated markets.
  • Support the leisure sales team beyond designated markets.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
  • Follow department policies and comply with reasonable supervisor requests.
  • Serve as an example for other employees and be visible to guests and colleagues.
  • Be flexible in taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal required, Russian is an advantage
