Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our restaurant and bar areas. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with staff management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant and bar staff, maintaining high service standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the quality and presentation of all food and beverages meet hotel standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support the creation and execution of special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all food and beverage areas.
  • Assist in tracking sales and managing operational costs to meet financial targets.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and pairings.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation required.
  • Experience in event planning and catering services is an advantage.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
