Job Summary:

Ensure optimal guest service by supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing dining room operations. Support management in staff training and development, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team to ensure guest needs are met and service is efficient.
  • Inspect staff grooming, attire, and dining areas for cleanliness and organization.
  • Complete opening and closing duties including equipment setup, cleaning, and locking doors.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, and guest safety.
  • Manage inventories, stock supplies, and perform maintenance repairs.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching employees.
  • Enforce safety policies and report incidents to management.
  • Ensure staff maintains professional appearance and follows company policies.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain positive guest interactions.
  • Support team in reaching goals, maintain high service standards, and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving objects, bending, and walking for extended periods.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year.
  • License or Certification: None required.
