Job Summary:

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related program.
• Strong interest in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food and beverage operations, including service in restaurants, bars, and banqueting areas.
• Support the F&B team in preparing and setting up dining areas.
• Greet and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Learn and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock-taking and ordering supplies.
• Assist in the preparation of beverages and simple food items.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly.
• Support event planning and execution for banquets and special functions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
