Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant (Room Service) to join our team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to our guests, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional in-room dining service, adhering to hotel standards.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a personalized and discreet service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the in-room dining menu to assist guests with food and beverage selections.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverage served.
• Address guest complaints or queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the room service area.
• Prepare for service by completing all necessary set-up tasks, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scène.
• Answer guest calls for room service in a professional and courteous manner as per SOPs.
• Assist in service preparations before, during, and after service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high performance standards.
• Proficiency in relevant software is an advantage.
