Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to enhance our guests' experiences and ensure a smooth operation in our dining outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu for the assigned outlet to assist and provide recommendations to guests.
- Address customer complaints and queries satisfactorily, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the setup of the outlet for service and supervise operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Direct and guide the service team to ensure all tasks are performed according to established standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all colleagues are well-equipped to perform their duties.
- Organize, plan, and control supplies, maintaining concise records of all beverage stock to ensure availability.
- Implement HACCP procedures and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in the opening of new outlets and provide insights based on previous experiences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and their practical application.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
