Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Admin Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Food and Beverage department, ensuring all administrative requirements are met with precision and efficiency. This role involves organizing documents, managing schedules, and assisting the Director of Food and Beverage in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all F&B administrative tasks in line with established SOPs.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the F&B team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed for management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of departmental transactions and inventory.
- Support team communications and ensure timely information flow.
- Track and report on departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries directed to the F&B administration.
- Handle supply orders and liaise with vendors for F&B-related materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Level of Education:
- High school diploma; degree in business or hospitality management preferred.
Work Hours:
- Full-time; may include occasional weekend or holiday work based on operational needs.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum 24 months in a related administrative role.
