Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Food & Beverage team at Atlantis Dubai. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and delivery, ensuring timely service.
  • Accurately take and place orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are addressed.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to supervisors.
  • For leadership roles (Head Waiter/Captain): oversee staff, manage schedules, and ensure team members adhere to service standards.
  • For Hostess roles: greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations, and maintain an organized seating plan.
  • For VIP and Bar roles: provide specialized service, including customized drink orders and exclusive experiences for high-profile guests.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine-dining environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • For leadership positions: experience in managing a team and overseeing operations in a hospitality setting.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Further training or certifications in hospitality is a plus.

Work Hours:
Full-time, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 12 months in a similar role in a high-volume or luxury hospitality setting.
