Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our prestigious Nobu restaurant at Atlantis, The Palm. The successful candidate will assist in delivering a world-class dining experience by supporting the wait staff and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist wait staff with food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure proper table settings and assist with preparing dining areas before service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate seamless food and beverage delivery.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Contribute to an exceptional guest experience by providing proactive service and attending to guest needs promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies are available for service.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional grooming and personal presentation standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and engage with diverse clientele.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality training or certification preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time role with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:
12-24 months of experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality setting.
