Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Atlantis, The Palm. This role is essential in delivering a first-class dining experience, assisting in all aspects of food and beverage service, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional care and attention throughout their dining experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist wait staff in providing high-quality service to all guests.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, following strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of the menu, providing accurate information and recommendations to guests.
  • Assist in preparing dining areas for service, including setting tables and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback in a polite, professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support team members in maintaining a seamless workflow and meeting guest expectations.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Continuously enhance guest interactions, creating a memorable dining experience.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.
  • Positive attitude, impeccable grooming, and professional demeanor.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality training is a plus.

Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Months:
12-24 months of experience in a similar food and beverage service role within a luxury hospitality setting.
