About the role

As the Beverage & Food support expert (Runner) you will be delivering a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether its setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, supporting service experts if required and contributing to the tidying up and cleaning of the restaurant and back of house.

You’ll be joining our team at an exciting time, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow!

 

Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proven experience working with food and beverages is a plus
  • Understanding of food and beverage safety is a plus
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities:

  • Pour hot and cold drinks and serve these to guests
  • Communicate any changes to the menu or to orders with kitchen staff
  • Manage cash and card payments
  • Ensure tables are clean and tidy at all times
  • Set tables with cutlery, glasses and other equipment ready for new guests
  • Tidying up and cleaning operations

 

Required Skills:

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Work Hours: 8 Hours a Day

Experience in Months: 24
