Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Spa & Health Club Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our spa and fitness facilities. You will assist guests, ensure treatment rooms and public areas are prepared and sanitized, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, check appointment status, and relay information to spa therapists.
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring they meet procedural standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of spa and health club areas, including the spa lobby, gym, pool, and treatment rooms.
• Assist massage therapists and aestheticians by replenishing linens, robes, and supplies between treatments.
• Monitor inventory levels, log supplies, assist with procurement, and report any equipment needing repair.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests, answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and offering information about spa services and amenities.
• Ensure pool areas are clean and oversee guest usage, providing towels, seating assistance, and monitoring for safety.
• Oversee gym usage, ensuring guests are using equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain tidy locker rooms and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist in handling guest requests, exceeding expectations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience in a spa or health club environment with basic knowledge of chemicals and facility operations.
• Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent guest service skills, with enthusiasm, friendliness, and strong communication abilities.
• A team player with great listening skills and a proactive approach to assisting both guests and colleagues.
