Job Summary:
Assist guests with check-ins, resolve inquiries, and process transactions while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Complete cashier reports, check-in guests, verify reservations, assign rooms, and handle payments.
  • Maintain guest logs, resolve guest requests, ensure rates match market codes, and process outlet charges.
  • Support management in training, coaching, and motivating staff, while ensuring company policies, safety, and service standards are met.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year.
