Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and related software.
