Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to assist with delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will support daily operations, ensure smooth service, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high service standards.
• Interact with guests, addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues.
• Take and process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Set up and organize dining areas, including table arrangements and buffet stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service flow.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and ensure the availability of all necessary items.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with special events or promotions as required.

Requirements:

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts program is a plus.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service or customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent in Russian and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is desirable.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
