Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with established operational procedures.
• Set up and clear tables promptly and efficiently.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, following service behavior protocols.
• Resolve guest complaints during shifts, logging them for further follow-up when needed.
• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of service equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness for guest facilities and service areas.
• Control inventory, manage stock, and follow security protocols.
• Ensure the restaurant, side stations, and service areas are clean and well-organized.
• Report any damaged or defective equipment to management.
• Handle all equipment carefully to minimize breakages.
• Carry out any additional duties as instructed by the manager to ensure smooth operations.
