Job Summary:
Join our Hotel Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, develop industry skills, and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of hospitality. Responsibilities:

  • Participate in day-to-day hotel operations across various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, event planning, and guest services.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, guest relations, and operational duties to understand the inner workings of a hotel.
  • Shadow department leaders to gain insight into management practices, team dynamics, and decision-making processes.
  • Support the execution of events, guest experiences, and special services, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to troubleshoot and solve real-time operational challenges.
  • Learn to uphold brand standards and contribute to maintaining service excellence throughout the hotel.
  • Attend team meetings and briefings to understand strategic planning, departmental coordination, and business operations.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks designed to develop your skills and knowledge in hotel management.
  • Provide input and feedback on guest services and operations to help improve hotel performance.
  • Build relationships with mentors and team members, fostering a strong professional network.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be a current college or university student enrolled in a related field such as Hospitality, Business, or Tourism Management.
  • Strong interest in hotel management, guest services, and the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various roles within the hotel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude toward hands-on tasks.
  • Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Previous customer service experience or internship in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and uphold company values throughout the internship.
