Job Summary:

You’ll be responsible for providing impeccable service, from a warm welcome to seamless delivery of food and drink. Your role is essential in ensuring every guest leaves with a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming guests and making tailored recommendations.
• Serve meals efficiently, ensuring all courses are timed perfectly and guest needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Assist with washing dishes and other kitchen duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Report any safety concerns, low supplies, or equipment issues to supervisors to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Take on additional tasks as required to support the team and maintain a high level of service.
• Minimize waste and follow health and safety regulations in food handling and alcohol service.

Requirements:

• Physical Ability: Able to lift, push, and pull items up to 50lbs, with frequent bending and kneeling.
• Basic Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math for order-taking and billing purposes.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
• Compliance: Adherence to local laws for food handling and alcohol service, including meeting the minimum legal age requirements.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with a friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused attitude.
