Job Summary:      Looking for F&B Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, training, coordinating and communicating with staff within the department
• Assist the director of F&B in recruiting and selecting employees
• Assist in developing menus to meet the market needs
• Oversee staff activities to maximize revenue and minimize costs
• Carry out daily briefing and de-briefing in the absence of the department head
• Operate and assist wherever needed at all times
• Assist in promoting the hotel’s image and businesses
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The suitable candidate must have relevant qualifications with at least 1 to 2 years of F&B experience
• Must have good knowledge in the principles and practices within the food & beverage profession
• Should be familiar with F&B standards
• Good communication skills with the ability to work well with others
• Should be aged between 22 and 38 years
• Any gender and nationality can apply
