Job Summary: Looking for an Executive Secretary in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Offer secretarial and clerical support in the managing director’s office
- Manage the MD’s diary
- Respond to all incoming as well as outgoing company mails
- Make sure office correspondence is available and file all correspondences at all times
- Maintain an organized office which is clean and orderly
- Keep up a well organized filing system in the office
- Ensure safety and confidentiality of all office information as well as documents
- Welcome and attend to all visitors’ enquiries in a proper manner
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should hold a Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Human Resource or any other related course
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be highly organized and a good time manager
- Expertise in Ms Office suite
- Must have very good typing skills
