Job Summary:      Looking for an Executive Secretary in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer secretarial and clerical support in the managing director’s office
  • Manage the MD’s diary
  • Respond to all incoming as well as outgoing company mails
  • Make sure office correspondence is available and file all correspondences at all times
  • Maintain an organized office which is clean and orderly
  • Keep up a well organized filing system in the office
  • Ensure safety and confidentiality of all office information as well as documents
  • Welcome and attend to all visitors’ enquiries in a proper manner
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should hold a Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Human Resource or any other related course
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be highly organized and a good time manager
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite
  • Must have very good typing skills
