Responsibilities | Develop and annually review EHS, food safety, and OHSMS manuals. Lead or participate in audits for EHS/HACCP/ISO/Sustainability compliance, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Establish audit processes for food safety, occupational safety, and environmental regulations, communicate results, and implement action plans. Investigate incidents, document root causes, and set corrective measures. Assess and provide employee training on EHS and food safety. Audit suppliers/contractors for EHS and food safety compliance. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly. Conduct regular EHS and food safety inspections and take corrective actions. Manage all EHS and food safety documents and reports. Implement corporate social responsibility and Rotana Earth programs. Ensure safe operations and compliance with health and environmental policies. OHS Responsibilities: Develop and review OHS manuals and policies. Lead OHS system implementation and monitor through inspections and meetings. Set and review EHS objectives and targets. Provide OHS training for new employees. Report OHS performance to management and authorities. Ensure legal compliance with OHS regulations through audits and inspections. Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures. |

Requirements:
You should be a college / university degree graduate preferably in Health / Hygiene / Quality management with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with preferable previous experience in the Middle East. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and additionally in Arabic.
