Your role will be included but not limited to:

· Supervise and guide a team of engineers in executing technical tasks and projects

· Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

· Coordinate with various departments to address cross-functional technical concerns and contribute to the overall success of the organization

· Oversee and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications

· Implement and enforce safety protocols for the engineering team

· Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies to improve engineering processes continuously

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

· Proven experience in a supervisory role within an engineering department

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
