ROLE PURPOSE:

 

End to end Management of eCRM & automation campaigns. Responsible for driving up Customer retention, execution of retention strategy, setup and eCRM campaigns.

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

As the Senior manager CRM & Automation, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of our lifecycle, retention & personalization marketing campaigns; their planning, briefing, designing and execution as well as measuring the effectiveness of the programs. You will also have to build your own team to implement those strategies.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Help elaborating the eCRM & Marketing Automation Strategies

Design Omnichannel strategies that include eCRM & Marketing Automation (email, web & app push notifications, retention, upsell, re-activation of defecting customers)

Maximize the customer lifetime value, retention, response & conversion rates, average revenue per user

Minimize churn rate, abandonment rate

Create customer targeting and segmentation strategies

Web & email Personalization

Testing strategy to continuously optimize CRM programs, emails, personalization & landing pages, and complete campaigns

 

 

Implementation & reporting

 

Implement, monitor and improve all created strategies (CRM, Marketing Automation, personalization

Define and optimize key performance metrics and prepare relevant dashboards to share results across the team and report up to senior management

Leverage internal creative teams and agencies to build breakthrough creative to drive adoption and growth.

Analyzing marketing metrics (conversion rates, web analytics etc.)

Assisting with promotional events to attract leads

Working with the relevant stakeholders across category marketing, content, tech, creative, customer service

Candidate requirements:

 

Base Requirement: 3+ years in Marketing Automation & CRM

 

 

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, creative, and organized marketer who has a proven track record in growing businesses and can jump in and make an immediate impact. This is a very much roll-up your sleeves position where you will have to prove the effectiveness of your strategies to further develop your position. Opportunities to grow in the company will be directly proportional to the performance.

 

 

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

 

Must be from an E-commerce background

CRM Experience (Sales Force, SAP, Oracle, Magento, Hubspot…)

Marketing automation including email marketing, push notifications and web push notifications and SMS experience is a must

Familiar with Automation tools such as Marketo, WebEngage, Braze, Emarsys, use Insinder…

Experience with integration is a plus

English & Arabic fluency is mandatory

 

 

Job-Specific Skills:

 

HTML 5 & responsive design

Photoshop  / dreamweaver or any HTML editor

Advanced skills in MS Excel

Experience using a CDP is a plus
