Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and guest experiences. You will lead a team to ensure high standards of service, resolve guest issues, and support overall hotel performance, while promoting a collaborative team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily guest interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee team performance, providing guidance and development to drive results and maintain hotel standards.
  • Handle guest complaints, queries, and suggestions promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate hotel operations, prioritizing tasks and workloads to ensure efficient service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any emergency situations, ensuring guest and staff safety.
  • Develop staff skills through coaching and hands-on leadership to enhance service quality.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent education; some college preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of front desk or guest service leadership experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems like Opera is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy items.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
