Responsibilities | Guest Check-In and Payment Processing: Verify guest identity, payment method, and assign rooms. Set up accurate accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes and secure payments before issuing room keys. Review daily reports and complete cashier/closing reports. Process all payment types, balance receipts, and secure bank at shift start/end. Notify security of any theft reports. Guest Services and Requests: Provide directions and property information to guests. Accommodate and follow up on guest requests, coordinating with staff as needed. Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with disabilities. Employee Support and Compliance: Assist in training, evaluating, and coaching employees; act as a role model. Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals. Report accidents, ensure personal appearance is professional, and protect company assets. Adhere to quality standards and company policies. Operational Tasks: Enter and locate information using computers/POS systems. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; handle light lifting. Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors. |

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
