Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous and professional Door Attendant to join the Concierge Team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. This role will provide a welcoming experience for guests arriving and departing, assist with luggage, and coordinate guest transportation services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests entering and exiting the hotel with appropriate salutations to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Open car doors for guests arriving or departing, ensuring a polite, courteous interaction at all times.
• Coordinate with bell attendants to manage luggage and parcel transfers from guest vehicles to their rooms.
• Safely store guest luggage in the storeroom, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and accessible.
• Arrange taxis for guests, utilizing the hotel's designated taxi service and providing assistance as needed.
• Receive, record, and ensure timely delivery of guest packages, letters, and documents.
• Act as the first point of contact for security-related issues, helping minimize any potential risks during guest check-ins.
• Assist in maintaining the hotel entrance area, ensuring it remains tidy and orderly throughout your shift.
• Support the Concierge and Front Office team with any additional duties as required, including handling special guest requests.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests.
• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a similar role.
• Polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.

Level of Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Hours:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as per business requirements.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum of 12 months in a hospitality-related position.
