Job Summary:
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by guiding guests through their arrival and departure processes, ensuring a seamless, memorable stay from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, manage their arrival and departure, and address any special requests.
• Share information about local attractions and complete necessary reports.
• Ensure safety, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect assets.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently and over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Uphold professionalism in appearance and communication while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed to enhance the guest experience.
