Job Summary:      Looking for a Document Controller / Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle the flow of documents within the company
  • Make sure the office runs efficiently
  • Assist in organizing meetings and take minutes
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of project documents
  • Recover files as requested by the staff
  • Make sure drawing files are kept up to date
  • Create a filing system for the company
  • Record outgoing and incoming documents
  • Make sure hard copy and electronic record files are maintained in a proper condition
  • Prepare reports on documentation and progress
  • Respond to emails in a proper and timely manner
  • Carry out any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Records Management or an Engineering discipline
  • The applicant must have more than 4 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
  • Must have good knowledge of office administration processes as well as practices
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Advanced Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Good experience in the preparation of detailed documents as well as reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to handle complex projects
  • Must have a high level of professionalism
