Job Summary: Looking for a Document Controller / Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Handle the flow of documents within the company
- Make sure the office runs efficiently
- Assist in organizing meetings and take minutes
- Provide assistance in the preparation of project documents
- Recover files as requested by the staff
- Make sure drawing files are kept up to date
- Create a filing system for the company
- Record outgoing and incoming documents
- Make sure hard copy and electronic record files are maintained in a proper condition
- Prepare reports on documentation and progress
- Respond to emails in a proper and timely manner
- Carry out any other related task as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Records Management or an Engineering discipline
- The applicant must have more than 4 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
- Must have good knowledge of office administration processes as well as practices
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Advanced Ms Office suite knowledge required
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Good experience in the preparation of detailed documents as well as reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to handle complex projects
- Must have a high level of professionalism
