Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Director - IT to lead the development, execution, and management of digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other guest-facing applications. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy, ensuring seamless integration, optimizing performance, and safeguarding digital assets, all while fostering collaboration across departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives, enhancing guest digital experiences.
  • Oversee the architecture and seamless integration of digital channels with internal and external systems, ensuring efficient data flow and system functionality.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring partnerships align with strategic goals and provide maximum value.
  • Implement robust quality assurance and cybersecurity measures to protect digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize digital channels using analytics and user feedback, continually improving usability, functionality, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with business units, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align digital projects with business needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on IT initiatives, project progress, and strategic developments.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to drive innovation in digital channel management.
  • Apply continuous improvement practices to refine processes and enhance overall digital channel performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT management, particularly in digital channels (websites, mobile apps).
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Expertise in system architecture, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in cybersecurity protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present to senior leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry developments related to digital technologies.

 

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexibility to meet the needs of business operations.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 120 months (10 years) of experience in IT, with at least 60 months (5 years) in leadership roles.
