Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the hotel’s online presence by developing and executing digital marketing strategies. You will support the marketing department in achieving pre-determined sales and revenue targets through online campaigns, content management, and digital communications. Your role will also include monitoring performance metrics and ensuring brand visibility across all digital platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and website content updates.
  • Assist in managing online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for digital platforms.
  • Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and digital campaign performance, providing regular reports to the management.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for paid media campaigns and digital content creation.
  • Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the hotel's brand standards and goals.
  • Manage the hotel's online reputation by responding to customer reviews and inquiries on various platforms.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret digital performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity and innovation in content creation and campaign management.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time with flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings based on campaign deadlines or events.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
