Job Summary:
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in an all-day dining or high-volume environment.
- Culinary diploma or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to contribute ideas for menu development and culinary innovation.
- Ability to handle challenges in the kitchen with a calm and efficient approach
