Responsibilities | Prepare special meals or substitutes, and regulate cooking equipment temperatures. Thaw frozen food, ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing, and maintain food logs. Monitor food quality and quantity, communicate needs during busy times, and inform the Chef of excess items for specials. Update Food & Beverage staff on menu specials and shortages, and prepare food according to recipes and standards, including cold dishes. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching, and serve as a role model. Follow company safety policies, report maintenance issues, and maintain a clean, professional appearance. Anticipate guest needs, communicate clearly, and foster positive team relationships. Meet quality standards, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending. Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisors. |

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
