Job Summary:

Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring food presentation meets standards, managing kitchen supplies, and maintaining food safety logs. Support kitchen staff with tasks and provide necessary items. Assist management in hiring, training, and motivating team members while ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of related work, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
