Job Summary:      Looking for a Customer Service Staff in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Provide customer service support based on the normal business functioning
  • Respond to immediate requirements
  • Generate sales leads
  • Determine and assess customers’ needs to attain satisfaction
  • Create sustainable relationships with customer accounts
  • Attend to customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions as well as alternatives within the time limits
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Give accurate, valid and complete information to customers
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • Practical experience in a customer service role required
  • Must be analytical and good problem solver
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Must be computer literate
